Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel your best, live your best life, embrace your purpose, rediscover your authentic self, and take confident steps toward your life goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More about me<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over ten years ago, when I was suffering from anxiety and depression, I reached a turning point. I realized that while I was living, I wasn\u2019t really feeling or listening to my needs, to what my intuition, heart, and body were trying to tell me. I was holding back, blocking myself off, not doing what I wanted, avoiding life. My heart, body, and soul were hidden behind layers of protection I had unconsciously built over the years. Then, I understood something profound:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is more to life. I have a choice. I can choose to feel. I can choose to live fully, wholeheartedly. I can choose to live the life I truly want to live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I did. I decided to spontaneously travel the world, left Germany, and began a personal journey of trust and growth. As soon as I stepped out of my comfort zone, life began to flow. Everything started falling into place. Along the way, I encountered and had the honor to work with indigenous elders, shamans, and spiritual teachers from around the world, learning sacred techniques and tools to connect with my inner worlds and learning to accept all parts of myself. I studied at various schools and completed several trainings, including the International School of Detoxification, Alchemy of Breath, and Somatic Experiencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through fasting, meditation, breathwork, embodiment practices, inner child healing, and shadow work, I learned how to reconnect with my body, emotions, and intuition in ways that blew my mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve also faced deep pain. Losing both my father and brother within five years cracked me open in ways nothing else could. Grief became one of my greatest teachers. I learned that I couldn\u2019t run and hide from it, as I would take it with me wherever I went. So, I began to allow help in and sit with it in a safe, held space, allowing the pain to be present and transform into creation. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I discovered that grief isn\u2019t just sorrow; it\u2019s a gateway to liberation. It taught me how precious the present moment is and that the love I felt for my family was not gone – it was simply revealing the love that had always been within me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over time, sitting with and accepting this pain deepened my ability to walk with others through their own grief, to be present for them in their darkest times, and help them find light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I know what it feels like to be stuck, trapped in cycles of suffering, wondering if there\u2019s a way out. But let me tell you this: there\u2019s always a way forward. Behind every contraction, there\u2019s an expansion waiting for you. Together, in a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space, we\u2019ll feel, breathe, and open up to acceptance and healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the past decade, I\u2019ve been unlearning societal expectations, diving deeper into my own being, and discovering parts of myself I never knew existed. Today, I live in deep connection – with myself, others, nature, and the spirit of life. This is the energy I wish to share with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over ten years of dedicated practice, I\u2019ve developed an innovative, tailored coaching approach, blending the wisdom I\u2019ve gathered along my path. My work integrates reflective listening, trauma-informed somatic techniques, breathwork, inner child healing, shadow work, fasting, and detox programs. My true passion is empowering individuals to reconnect with their essence, align with their purpose, and rediscover the wisdom within their bodies and souls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe every human deserves to experience themselves fully, to feel safe, seen, and held. To listen to their inner voice, nourish themselves, and open up to the love, guidance, and support they need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
